They are a group of practicing pharmacists throughout the U.S. who have organized a mutual aid movement entitled #PharmGradWishlist (Twitter: @PharmGradWish) that aims to support emerging pharmacist trainees who identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and Persons of Color). People who identify as Black, Hispanic/Latinx, and American Indian/Alaska Native are underrepresented in the Pharmacy profession, which can perpetuate health disparities.
This pharmacist campaign was inspired by the successful movement of our physician colleagues (@MedGradWishlist).
